Acceptance of Terms
By using MIDAS Auto Service's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
MIDAS Auto Service provides a range of automotive maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:
- Engine oil changes
- Vehicle washing and detailing
- Filter replacements
- Mechanical repairs
- Electronic diagnostics
- B2B fleet services
Appointments and Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Fees may apply for cancellations without sufficient notice.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is due upon service completion
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- For B2B clients, invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
Warranties
Our services come with a warranty that varies depending on the type of service performed:
- Oil Changes: 3 months or 5,000km warranty
- Mechanical Repairs: 6 months or 10,000km warranty
- Parts Installed: Manufacturer's warranty
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect.
Liability
While we take utmost care of your vehicle, MIDAS Auto Service is not liable for:
- Pre-existing defects discovered during service
- Personal belongings left in vehicles
- Damage due to weather conditions while parked
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle information
- Informing us of any known issues or concerns
- Picking up vehicles within 48 hours of completion notification
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with Mauritanian law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
